Land Fitness/Aerobics Programs
Fee to Y members
$40 for 12 classes for non-members

There are many aerobics programs available at different schedules throughout the week. All aerobics classes can be modified to meet the needs of individuals of all fitness levels.


Nautilus Orientations
(* By Appointment Only *)

There will be a trained instructor available to help you learn to use the Hoist Circuit Equipment equipment and to answer any questions you may have regarding a workout plan. To ensure one-on-one attention we require you to schedule an appointment. Members between the ages of 13-17 are required to have a Nautilus orientation before they are permitted to use the weight room.

Stretch & Tone  10:00-11:00am Tuesday & Thursday

Stretch and Tone is the core of any and all fitness program. Stretching is the start of fitness and toning is neccessary finish to shaping and strengthening the body, while having fun throughout the hole hour!


Silver Sneakers (Chair Aerobics) 11:30a-12:30p Tuesday & Thursday

A program for Senior Citizens to gain muscle strength and control and keeping in shape to feel great while having fun.


Spinning  Mon/Wed 6:30am-7:45am & Tues/Thurs 6-7pm

Space is limited please call to reserve a spot.

This is a 60 minute, high intensity class that works the lower half of the body. Spinning really works your cardio endurance as well as musclar strength and toning. For intermediate and advanced fitness levels.


Power Sculpt  Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00am-10:00am

This class is 60 minutes and incorporates interval training; which includes cardio endurance, muscle conditioning, inproving muscle strength, endurance and definition. For intermediate and advanced fitness levels.


YOGA  Monday & Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm

For all fitness levels! Yoga builds lean muscle, flexibility, and core strength thru relaxation techniques with music.





Personal Training:


Motivation and accountability are at the core of personal training. Certified trainers are instructors who stand beside you at every physical challenge, encouraging you to try your hardest and keeping you on track. Through personal attention and expert advice, a trainer designs a progressive plan to help you achieve maximum results and avoid injury.

Your customized, long-term exercise program includes a fitness assessment, health education and continuous goal-setting.

Personal training has proven results - if someone is waiting for you to work out, you'll find it harder to cancel!

The Morning Hiit   5:00am-6:00am Wednesday & Friday

Jump start your morning with this high intensity interval training class. This class focuses on interval training that works your cardio as well as toning  your muscles, by using low weight to no weight exercises that help sculpt your body. 

ZUMBA Gold  10:00a-11:00a Monday & Wednesday

This class offers everything Zumba does but at a more beginner level.  This class is designed for those who need a sloer paced class and less impact on joints. Recommended for Seniors and beginner Zumba participants. 


ZUMBA Sentao  6:30-7:30pm Monday & 7:00p-8:00p Thursday 

This class is an intense new way to enhance the fitness party thrill. You will learn explosive chair based choreography that will strengthen, balance, and stabilize the core and step up cardio workin a whole new way! For intermediate/advanced fitness levels.


Boot Camp  Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 4:00pm-5:00pm

This class has it all!! Tis is for advanced fitness levels and involves high impact activity, circuit training, muscle toning, kick boxing, cardiovascular conditioning and MUCH MORE!


Cardio Blast Mon/Wed 5:20-6:20pm & Saturday 9-10am

Combines step aerobics, cardio endurance and strength training. This is a high energy, high impact class. For intermediate and advanced fitness levels.


Total Body Blast  Tuedsay and Thursdays 5:20-6:20

This class includes high/low impact training and involves step aerobics, cardio endurance and muscle toning. For intermediate and advanced fitness levels.


Hard Core Abs Monday & Thursday 5:00-5:30pm

This is a 30 minute class that includes various abdominal exercises. Great for all fitness levels!


Cross Core Conditioning  Wednesdays 6:30p-7:30p

In this class, we will be focusing on targeting most all areas of the core including the lower back, upper and lower abs and obliques. The goal is to stabilize the core utilizing isometrics (static/stationary positions) and various other dynamic movements with a focus on strengthening  your foundation and center; hence the word core.Striking, rolling, extensions, resistance, kicking, squatting, and jumping (plyometrics) will all be part of what you will do in this hour. We will move toward going the distance by improving your stamina, tolerance, and mental grit! In time, you will build endurance and gain agility so you can quickly yet efficiently adapt to changes throughout the class and ultimately, in your everyday life routine.
